Once logged in, visit the URL as shown in the pic below. You need to scroll down and click the "Launch Blog" button.

Enter your ‘Blog Title’, select the ‘Blog Language’ and hit the ‘Create Blog’ button.

You’ll be taken to a WordPress interface where you need to click on "+ New" to add a new blog post.

You can now write your content and place your contextual backlink. Further, make your post public and "Publish" the content.

Voila! Your backlink is ready.
